Returns & exchanges
We want everything to fit and be loved. If something isn't right, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.
What we need
- Unworn, unwashed, with the original tags still attached
- The request made within 7 days of delivery
How it works
- Email hello@blumekids.in or WhatsApp +91 90522 24445 with your order number and what you'd like to return or exchange.
- We arrange a pickup where our courier operates.
- Once the item reaches us and passes a quick check, we process the refund or send the exchange.
Return shipping
A flat ₹100 is deducted from the refund to cover return shipping. Exchanges are free — no deduction.
Refund timing
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5–7 business days to show it.
If something is wrong with your order
Damaged, faulty or not what you ordered? Send us photographs within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund it in full, with no shipping deduction.
