By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email, and the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount already paid.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers; we do not store your card details.

4. Products

Our pieces are made in small batches by hand. Slight variations in colour, embroidery and finish are a feature of that process, not a defect. Screen colours may differ a little from the fabric.

5. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day and usually delivered in 2–6 business days. Timelines are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy: within 7 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed with tags intact, with a flat ₹100 deducted from refunds for return shipping.

7. Gift cards

Gift cards can be spent across multiple orders and do not expire. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — images, prints, illustrations, text and designs — belongs to Blume and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your order applies to that order.
